Downtown Harbor Penthouse is spacious and recently remodeled. This penthouse has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a full kitchen, dining room, living room with sleeper sofa, laundry room, and private elevator. The master bedroom has a king bed, a full bath with shower and jetted tub, and an entrance to the terrace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and also has an entrance to the terrace overlooking the harbor. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a skylight. In the living room, large windows facing the waterfront welcome in natural light and allow for spectacular views of the harbor and Round Island. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful spot to sit in the sun and watch boats and freighters coming and going throughout the day or relax at the end of a fun filled day on the island and watch the sun go down.
