RENTAL POLICIES

 

 

Deposit Policy
Minimum deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm and hold your reservation. We accept personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
There is a $50.00 fee for cancelled reservations. Deposits are refundable only if cancelled at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit deposit if cancelled. Guests are responsible for their entire confirmed reservation dates in the event of late arrivals or earlier departures. 

Check-in and Check-out
Your accommodations will be available for check-in at 4:00 P.M. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Luggage can be stored for early arrivals and late departures.

Non-Smoking Policy
All accommodations are smoke-free.

Transportation
Taxis are available 24 hours a day in the summer season.

 

Bicycle Parking

Personal and rental bicycles are not permitted in the rooms. Please ask at office where designated bike parking areas are located. Bike locks are recommended.
