Downtown Harbor Penthouse offers a rare and memorable setting for intimate gatherings, featuring a private rooftop terrace overlooking the Mackinac Island harbor.

 

The rooftop terrace is an exclusive amenity for registered guests of the Downtown Harbor Penthouse and is included with each stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy the space throughout their visit for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views.

 

Guests wishing to host a private event or gathering with attendees beyond the registered Penthouse guests may request to reserve the rooftop terrace as an event venue. Event fees and approval requirements apply only to these organized gatherings.

Event Guidelines & Details:

• The Penthouse must be reserved for a minimum of two (2) nights

• Rooftop terrace event rental begins at $1,500 (space only)

• Maximum of 25 attendees

• Ideal for cocktail parties, small wedding celebrations, and intimate gatherings

• Catering & Services: Catering and additional event services are not included and must be arranged separately

• Once your Penthouse reservation is confirmed and your event is approved, you will be connected directly with our event planner to coordinate event logistics and services

 

All events are subject to prior approval to ensure they align with property guidelines and provide an exceptional experience for both guests and neighbors.
