Downtown Harbor Penthouse offers a rare and memorable setting for intimate gatherings, featuring a private rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor. For guests seeking to host a small event during their stay, the terrace may be reserved as an exclusive event space.

The rooftop terrace is available only to guests of Downtown Harbor Penthouse and cannot be rented independently. Use of the terrace for casual enjoyment—such as relaxing and taking in the views—is included with your stay. Event fees apply only when the space is used for organized gatherings.

Event Guidelines & Details:

• The Penthouse must be reserved for a minimum of two (2) nights

• Rooftop terrace event rental begins at $1,500 (space only)

• Maximum of 30 attendees

• Ideal for cocktail parties, small wedding celebrations, and intimate gatherings

• Catering & Services: Catering and additional event services are not included and must be arranged separately

• Once your Penthouse reservation is confirmed and your event is approved, you will be connected directly with our event planner to coordinate event logistics and services
